
Insight Meditation, or Vipassana Meditation, is the practice of training the mind to be present in every moment of body/mind experience. It is a practice which comes from the Buddhist tradition but requires no belief or previous experience. This class is appropriate for beginners and for those who have an established practice. It will be taught in English but there will be supplementary materials available in Spanish.
