Insight Meditation, or Vipassana Meditation, is the practice of training the mind to be present in every moment of body/mind experience. It is a practice which comes from the Buddhist tradition but requires no belief or previous experience. This class is appropriate for beginners and for those who have an established practice.

Interested in finding out what insight (vipassana) practice is, or in refreshing your understanding of insight practice instruction? This two hour workshop covers beginning instructions, mindfulness practice, and time to ask questions and share your experience.
Great for those interested in learning meditation as well as a review of instructions for continuing students.
