HOW TO LEAD A MEDITATION SITTING
Would you like to learn to lead a meditation sitting? Or improve on your skills?
This one time session will cover the basics of creating a welcoming atmosphere, doing a lead in, and group sharing. Limited to a small group so each participant will be able to practice leading and receive feedback.
COST: The minimum cost of this class is a $10.00 registration fee, which goes to support our local center and administration.
COST: Suggested donation of this class is $15.00, which supports and is shared by our local sangha and the teacher. However, you can enter any amount that fits your needs.
