In the first three Noble Truths, the Buddha describes the nature of suffering, how clinging is the cause of suffering, and promises that letting go of that clinging will bring an end to suffering, right here in the midst of this very challenging human existence.  The Fourth Noble Truth is the Eightfold Path, which clearly points out how to support this end and manifest it in our daily lives.  We will practice and explore this in a series of eight classes for experienced meditators.

Class size, via ZOOM, is limited to 14 persons.
Registration is required in order to receive the ZOOM link.
