Big Mind, or living beyond the waking dream of the seemingly separate, or ego identified false ’self’, has several aspects:

The first is finding and then increasing abidance within the clear, formless, and unconditioned awareness that is your most direct experience of Being, closer to you than either your experience of mind or body (nama/rupa).

Moving to the awareness that is prior to the abstract constructs of the mind, find your true nature as formless being, the ever presentness of empty, spacious awareness.

The second is grounding this formless awareness in the heart and body. Returning to the subtle stillness in the heart, we will re-explore direct sense experience on all levels. As the layers of ideas and labels superimposed by ego-identified thoughts and beliefs release, and de-condition the felt sense of separation, the oneness and unlimited nature of being emerges.

Here the teaching is a light touch, for those who find themselves more self directed and seeking nudges and reminders as course refinements. Not well suited for those new to practice.

Meeting Thursday evenings:

Once a month in person. Other Thursdays we will meet on Zoom for an hour,  for progressive practice instructions and check ins.
