NEW!  S3  A shorter sitting for newer meditators (or anyone)

There’s a need for a shorter, more casual sitting and sharing for anyone working to make a meditation practice a part of their life. Come for sitting, sharing, and support (S3)! We will do a 20 minute meditation, followed by a chance to ask questions about practice.

  1. Sit: for 20 minutes
  2. Share: what’s on your mind
  3. Support: ask a teacher about your practice
