Non-Dual Tantric Practice: finding oneness in the body
The realization that we are an expression of the unconditioned, limitless awareness brings a gradual realigning of the mind and heart with peace and stillness. It’s a beautiful process of opening to true nature.
However, the felt sense of separation is deeply ingrained in the body and usually lingers on. We still feel that we live in a world of separated beings and objects, even though our realization tells us differently. This results in feeling stuck in dualism.
Tantric practice is moving back to the direct experience of being in a body: sensations and perceptions, in order to cut through the layers of conditioning from separated, ego identification and feel deeply the oneness of the non-dual realization.
- TIME: 6:30 – 8:30 pm
- DATES: Thursdays. Feb. 6, 20, March 6
