Fall Residential Retreat Oct. 18-20, 2024 at Weber Center

The Spaciousness of Being

A retreat is a time to both take a break from your normal daily activities and also be able to take a closer look at your life and practice.

Spaciousness of being is our deepest nature.  We will explore the identifications with our mind and body which are obstacles to this.  We will look at these in guided and silent meditations. As we are present with these barriers our experience can open to this greater awareness, peaceful and clear.  We will incorporate some movement practices as well as silent sitting.  This is intended for continuing meditators, not suitable for those needing beginning instruction.
