Vipassana practice leads us to the understanding that we are not our bodies, our minds, or our conditioned patterns: reactions, emotions, opinions, world outlook, etc. From this realization the question naturally arises: what am I then?
These session will have time to look at how we are caught in the Small (dual) Mind, what Big Mind (non-dual) recognition is, and the opportunity to open directly into Big Mind.

This opening also includes the gradual reconditioning of the deeply ingrained sense of separation so that this new recognition is gradually established in how we feel and live in the world.
