The practice which may open us to directly experience the Two Truths is Mindfulness, which supports seeing clearly the impermanent, unsatisfactory, and selfless nature of Relative Truth of everyday experience. The Ultimate Truth is indefinable and without these characteristics.
This series of classes intends to lead us to knowing the difference between the Two Truths and the essential unity of them. There are many words for this tacit knowing – emptiness, realization, non duality.
This class is for experienced meditators willing to make a commitment to this process. The class will meet every other week via Zoom. There will also be email, phone, or in-person communication between Ann and each class member during the interim weeks.
