Growing Mindfulness

This series of classes will focus on using our practice to bring mindfulness into every aspect of our human experience. We will use parts of the Satipattana Sutta, the Four Foundations of Mindfulness taught by the Buddha for this practice.

This class is for experienced meditators.

Class size via ZOOM is limited to 16 persons.
Registration is required in order to receive the ZOOM link.

COST: During the registration process an opportunity will be offered to make a donation that is shared between the teacher and Insight Meditation Ann Arbor.

In the Buddhist tradition there is a practice called Dana – a heart practice of generosity. The teachings are offered freely as an act of generosity. In return, an opportunity to practice generosity is opened to those who receive the teachings.
