The teachings from the Buddha promise, over and over, that it is possible to awaken to freedom, right here and now, in the very midst of the challenges of human existence. How do we do this?
In these teachings, there are many tools offered. In this class series we will explore, both in meditation practice and in daily-life practice, ways to use these tools and realize this freedom.
Some previous meditation experience is required. Participants will be expected to commit to daily meditation practice during the class series.
