This series of classes will be focused on bringing mindful attention to the Five Aggregates of Clinging (the skandas or kandas); material form, feeling, cognition, volition, consciousness. These are categories of experience within which we create and cling to the sense of self. Mindfulness practice supports our clear seeing of this, letting go of attachment, and awakening to the true nature of experience.
