2013/09 – Meditation Practices

This series of four classes offers instruction in and support for strengthening of four important meditation practices; Concentration Practice, Insight Practice, Choiceless Awareness Practice, and Non-Duality or Pure Awareness Practice. We will learn not just ‘how to’, but when and why each of these practices might be useful to us in our search for truth. Each class will focus on one practice, but because there is a relationship between practices, attendance at all four classes is important, as is a commitment to personal practice between classes. Beginners are welcome if they have had at least a half-day introductory meditation class. Experienced meditators are, of course, welcome.
