Election Week = Practice Week: Practicing Kindness
The Dalai Lama once remarked his religion was kindness. Join us for a week-long practice: a daily online group sitting and dharma exercise focusing on kindness. We offer this week-long practice intensive as a healing to the world during elections and with the intention to be of support to the sangha/community.
We see the words ‘Be Kind’ on coffee mugs and t-shirts, with the picture of a little bee. These are great buzz words, but how are we experiencing kindness within ourselves, and in our relationships with others and our world? How do we cultivate kind, loving thoughts towards the self? And in this politically historic week, it might be an even bigger challenge to choose kindness towards others and the world. Choose your response to this week wisely. Join us in sangha, choosing to cultivate kindness and presence.
Please join even if you cannot make every evening, come the evenings you can!
