In person continuing discussion group: Wednesday mornings

Sitting at the Edge

It can be useful to ask oneself ‘What’s at the edge of my practice?

By that is meant looking at one’s inner and outer experience, asking oneself what is present in the heart/mind and body in this week, this day, this hour, this moment. There may be pain or pleasure, confusion or ease, joy or sadness. The practice of Mindfulness accepts it all and leads us to look deeply and carefully, without judgment.

This is a circle gathering in support of this practice. We will begin by sitting together in silence, then have the opportunity to share and to listen. We will learn from each other as spiritual friends.

You are welcome to attend on a drop in basis.
