Meditators Have Fun, Too! Especially on a Friday night. Join us to unwind from your busy week with this series of light-hearted guided group activities. Beginning with easy movement and breathing exercises, followed by laughter yoga and a Sangha-building experiential game. Who knows? Laughter may arise–along with ease and relaxation.
Followed by tea and refreshments.
Julie is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, leads mindfulness hikes, and is a long time yoga teacher with Inward Bound yoga.
