Movement/body care for meditators with Julie Woodward

Come for a relaxing evening with sangha friends learning stretches and body care helpful for a meditation practice.

 Followed by tea and refreshments.

Julie is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, leads mindfulness hikes, and is a long time yoga teacher with Inward Bound yoga.


  • WHEN: Friday, March 15, 7:00 pm
  • BRING: a mat or blanket to sit on and a large towel you can roll up.

There is no cost to come, but donations are appreciated to offset the costs of the evening.
