Yoga for meditators with Julie Woodward
Come for a relaxing evening with sangha friends learning stretches helpful for a meditation practice. NO yoga experience necessary!
Followed by tea and refreshments.
COVID SAFETY: We’ll be meeting in the “Gathering” room at Zion Lutheran, which is large and is well ventilated with windows on three sides, where we can safely meet. Be prepared to follow the CDC guidelines current for that week.
Julie is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, leads mindfulness hikes, and is a long time yoga teacher with Inward Bound yoga.
- WHEN: Friday, Sept. 30, 7:00 pm
- WHERE: Zion Lutheran Church, 1501 W. Liberty. Park in the rear and use rear door. Go up the stairs immediately inside the back door up to the second floor “Gathering” room on your left.
- BRING: a mat or blanket to sit on and a large towel you can roll up.
There is no cost to come, but donations are appreciated to offset the costs of the evening.
