2020/04 – ONLINE FORMAT: Practice Intensive

CORONAVIRUS NOTE: THIS INTENSIVE WILL HAPPEN ONLINE  FOR OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY.
–  You’ll be sent a link each day to sit together online and hear a short talk,  so PLEASE REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE.


Commit for one week to a daily 40 minute sitting and mindfulness practice.
Practice Intensive has is an evening format.
Each evening we sill sit in a silent meditation, followed by a short talk with instructions for bringing in-life awareness focus to the following day. It is understood that many of us have evening commitments, and may not be able to attend all evenings.
Please plan on attending at least three of the Monday-Friday evening practices to participate.
