2020/02 – Feb. 28: Friday night talk with Jan Sheppard: Madison Insight Center

Forms for the Heart”

When the heart is happy, at ease, and safe, the mind will follow. Frequently, however, we try to force the mind to quiet and clear while the heart is not yet there. The heart is the leader on the way to peace and putting the mind ahead of it is like putting the cart before the horse – it doesn’t get us where we want to go.
